Steps:
1) First pick up and remove the dry manure, then rinse the hog house with water, allowing the washing wastewater to flow into a biogas digester (reducing the cost of degradation)
2) Let the wastewater before passing the biogas treatment or the wastewater with biogas treatment into the FMET series hoggery sewage degradation machine, where the advanced machine and device perform thorough degradation disposa of wastewater.
3) Driain the degraded water to the sedimentation tank to make water urther clarify.
4) The clarified water can be used to wash the hog houses (if thire is no need to wash the hog house, you can either recycle the treated clean wastewater or use the method of reducing daily disposal amount of the water, thereby allowing the sewage comply with the relevant standards).
FMET series hoggery wastewater degradation machine jointly developed by our Company and Xiamen University adopts the most advanced home-made electrochemical process for wastewater degradation, where, wastewater decolorization, deodorization, disinfection and sterilization will be realized in a short time to achieve degradation of hazardous substances such as COD, BOD, ammonia-nitrogen and total phosphorus in the sewage, thereby making recycling possible.
Deficiencies of Biological Film Treatment
Biological film treatment approach and activated sludge process are most common aerobic biological technologies for sewage disposal. The essence of such disposal approach is to enable the bacterium and fungi microbe, protozoa and metazoan microfauna to attach to the filler or some carrier to grow and breed, and form membranous biological sludge -- biofilm. Using this biofilm method to dispose and adjust operation has relatively poor flexibility and lower removal rate of organic matter. It demands strict PH value of wastewater, generally ranging at 6.5-8.5. Furthermore, management of devices and biological bacteria is rather professional, and the personnel without a certain knowledge background are unable to take good care of such a large and complex project, which is far from ability of a hoggery. Accordingly it is inadvisable to popularize this approach in the hoggery.
How much wastewater is generated in hoggery?
Assumed daily excrement of a pig is 6KG,then annual excrement is about 2.2 ton. At present, in most pig hoggeries, rinse-water is used to clear excrement,resulting in some 30KG/day of wastewater for each pig, and yearly discharge amount is 11 ton. By this calculation, a hoggery’s excrement per day and per year is as follows:
